Recall List - Patient Specific vs Case Type Specific views

What is the difference between the Patient Specific and Case Type Specific view on the Recall List?

Updated over 10 months ago

Confused about when to use the Patient Specific versus Case Type Specific view in the Recall List? Well, wonder no more!

Patient Specific view = excludes patients from the Recall List if they have at least one future appointment scheduled on any case type. This view will only show patients who have no future appointments on any case type.

Case Type Specific view = shows patients on the Recall List if they do NOT have a future appointment on ANY individual case type. In this view, patients may be on the report more than once (multiple rows) to show information for each case type. Patients may be on the report with a future appointment on one case type and no future appointment on the other case type. This view provides the most detail for decision-making and works great when the report is sorted by patient's first or last name (click on the column header to sort in ascending or descending order).

Note: setting is only applicable for ChiroTouch customers.
