If an existing patient is unable to remember their password for online scheduling access, they can click on "forgot your password?" to reset it.
If they are still having difficulty, you can reset their password for them and a new temporary password will be sent to them. Follow these steps:
Locate the patient in TrackStat
Click on their name in grey
Click edit patient info (pencil icon)
Click Reset Password button
Notes:
make sure that the email address that the patient is using is the same email address that you have on file in your EHR/EMR
make sure that the patient checks their spam and promotions folders if they do not see the email with the temporary password in their email inbox
