A: Great question! What you see inside TrackStat looks a little different from what your patient sees on their cell phone. When the automated review message is delivered, the unique review link is automatically shortened by the phone’s carrier, so it looks clean and simple - not long or overwhelming.
That link is essential because it’s personalized for each patient, allowing TrackStat to track responses, collect internal feedback, and guide happy patients straight to your online review page.

We recommend sending a review request text to your own cell phone using a Canned Reply in TrackStat. It’s the best way to experience exactly what your patients see - and to build confidence in how smooth and professional the process looks from their end. Locate yourself in TrackStat using the Inbox, Patient Search or other report. Click on your name to view your conversation history. Select Canned Reply button and Reviews (Master) folder. Select Review Ask: All links - gate (Master). Once selected the canned reply verbiage will populate in the text box. Click yellow Send (arrow icon) button to send. Click the link and follow the flow on your cell phone.

After submitting the 5 star internal rating, the patient is encouraged to leave an online review on Google, Facebook or Yelp or another review site of your choice. Review links and button display names can be added or edited in the TrackStat Account Settings. Additionally, if a patient does not engage immediately, TrackStat can send an automated follow-up message after a delay to remind them to complete their public review. This helps ensure more 5-star internal ratings result in public reviews.

Internal comments will be sent to the TrackStat Inbox for clinic feedback. Personalized canned replies can also be used to request private feedback from patients providing 1-4 star ratings, helping address specific concerns constructively.
