Online Scheduling - Patients are scheduling online, but the appointments are not visible in my EHR.

Why are appointments made through online scheduling showing up in Day Conflicts?

Updated over a month ago

Appointment durations (length of time of the appointment) and time increments for appointments in TrackStat must be consistent with the appointment length and increment settings in your EHR schedule.

For example, if the scheduling tool in your EHR is set up in 15 minute increments, then appointments with a duration of 5 minutes cannot be added via online scheduling. This creates an error and appointments made online will not be visible on your EHR Schedule.

In Vericle (ClinicMind, Genesis, Billing Dynamix), these online appointments will be visible in the "Day Conflicts" section on the Schedule.

Solution: change the appointment duration in TrackStat's online scheduling settings
