After you have integrated your FormDr packet to TrackStat, you have to map field values to TrackStat.
Note: If you already started with the TrackStat template and haven't changed any of the field values please map the below default field values.

If you have created your form either from scratch or changed some field values, here is a step-by-step guide to copy field values and paste it into TrackStat.
Log in to FormDr https://app.formdr.com/login
Click on Packets + Forms section
Locate the packet you integrated with TrackStat
Click the three dots at the right side of the packet and click Edit Forms
Click NEXT TO BUILD (bottom right corner)
Locate the field you want to map and hover over it, then click the edit icon (on the left of the field).
Find Field name field
or find Name field
Log in to TrackStat https://app.trackstat.org/
Click on Extras (three dots at right bottom)
Click on Integrations then FormDr
Paste the corresponding field values into the TrackStat fields
