Once you have created a blast campaign, loaded the audience (created the list of patients) and added the message, it is time to enable or send or schedule the campaign.
Open the blast campaign by clicking on the name in blue
Go to the Message/Schedule section
Confirm the send time (Now or at a designated date and time)
Slide the Campaign OFF toggle until it turns green and says ON
Click the Exit button
Exit and Save
Allow 10β15 minutes for the messages to be generated and sent. This delay occurs because the system processes campaign details such as message content and recipient lists, generates messages, and schedules them for delivery within this timeframe. These steps are essential to ensure error-free and efficient message distribution.
Sent messages will be visible in the Inbox.If your Blast messages are not sent after this timeframe, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Ensure the Blast is Enabled: Verify that the campaign is not in draft or disabled status.
Review Campaign Settings: Double-check the recipient list and scheduled sending time.
Wait a Few More Minutes: System load or network conditions might occasionally introduce minor delays. For unresolved delays, contact TrackStat Support for assistance.
