Note:
Editing a Master message always creates a copy.
The copied message must be selected and assigned to the campaign to take effect.
If you edit a message inside a campaign, go to the Message tab and select the newly created version.
To quickly find your updated message, sort by Edit Date to see the most recent messages.
Don’t forget to save your changes in both the message and the campaign.
Below you can see how to edit in two ways: from Message Manager and directly inside a campaign.
1. Message Manager (recommended)
locate message or canned reply (text or email) that you would like to copy
click the copy icon (looks like 2 pieces of paper)
rename it
assign to a folder (to help you stay organized!)
make edits
save changes
go to campaign and select message in Message/Schedule section
2. Campaign (Appointment Reminder, Drip or Blast)
Open the campaign (Appointment Reminder, Drip, or Blast).
Click the campaign name (shown in blue).
Select Message/Schedule.
Click the "edit" icon to edit the message
Rename the message
Assign it to a folder
Make your edits
Click Save
Select the new message from the folder and message dropdown
Save the campaign changes (top right)
