  1. Create report

    1. Private = only your user Public = all users in organization

    2. Aggregate by day or week for most reports

    3. Start from the previous month, current month

  3. Add sections and add rows

    1. Rows

      1. Need a title

      2. Need data source

          1. Scheduled = scheduled

          2. Actual = checked in visit

        2. Must set expression to save data (based on variable name)

  4. Known issues

    1. Referral source revenue is inaccurate

    2. Provider is aggregated and needs to be separated

      1. Appointment

      2. Billing

      3. Primary provider

    3. Access to reports

      1. currently managers and admins are the only users who have access to the report. Eventually user/user plus can, but it's quicker to release and test it this way unless all our clients want everyone to have access to financials
