Tag automation is here! Automatically assign the "np start" tag to new patients who have started on care. When a patient has a "np start" tag in TrackStat they will automatically be added to the Weekly Patients report for each tracking.
The benefits of using this are:
Accurate patient conversion statistics
Adding treatment plan patients to the Weekly Patients report
Hands off implementation
Go to Extras (3 dots icon) in the lower left corner
Select Automation
Select NP Start Tag
Click the Edit (pencil) icon to make changes
Make sure automation is Enabled and Save changes
Note - when the automation is enabled, you will see a yellow Disable button in the upper right corner.
Let's break down how the logic works.
This will look at all the patients who had their first visit in the last 2 months or whatever time period you select
AND logic requires all of these conditions to be true to move to the next step
It will assign an NP Start tag to patients with any of your assigned
Appointment types/purpose
Service/CPT codes
Casetypes
Tags
OR logic looks at these items independently
Total payments of $99 or greater or total insurance payments of $1000 or higher
It's one or the other
