QUARTERLY TASKS - Review the following reports:
Milestones Report
Go to Stats > Milestones - Drop Off Analysis Report
The purpose of the Milestones - Drop Off Analysis Report is to determine when patients are dropping out of care. The report can be filtered by the provider or specific tags (such as "np start") to determine when converted or started patients drop out of care rather than viewing all new patients.
Determine which milestones or visits in a specific time period that you would like to track or measure. Below are a few examples. Click on the green Settings button in the report to customize your view.
1 visit in 1 week
3 visits in 2 weeks
5 visits in 3 weeks
12 visits in 8 weeks
18 visits in 12 weeks
24 visits in 4 months
If you determine patients are dropping out or stopping care between visits 5 and 12, this might be an area you focus on in your practice.
