Online Scheduling - How do I add a new Visit purpose or appointment type to our EMR/EHR software?

ChiroTouch Classic (server):

Step 1:

open ChiroTouch Maintenance

select List Maintenance

select list: Purpose of Visit

scroll down to line with asterick *

type new entries as needed

Step 2:

in ChiroTouch Maintenance

select Options

in Appointment Defaults section, edit:

  • Back Color

  • Fore Color

  • Appt Length (duration in minutes) - this is required and must match the setting in TrackStat
