Setting Up a Membership Program

  • Organize Your Membership Patients:

    • Use tags, case types, or fee schedules to categorize patients in your membership program.

    • You can assign custom statuses to sort them by type of membership

    • Assign these identifiers during patient setup to easily filter them in the report.

  • Integrate Payment Systems:

    • If you use CashPractice or Fortis, connect to TrackStat. Learn how

    • Track cards on file.

    • Balances or credits.

    • Next scheduled payment dates.

  • Ensure Membership Utilization:

    • Regularly check for patients without future visits scheduled.

    • Follow up with these patients to ensure they’re using their membership benefits.

    • You can filter by patients with a future visit YES/NO, so you can focus only on those patients without a future visit
