Tired of patients who frequently schedule and cancel at the last minute or don't schedule at your recommended frequency?
Go to Extras > Scheduling > Invited Patients
Locate the patient and check the Disabled box.
Other options include
remove the patient's email address from your EHR/EMR (an email address is required to use online scheduling)
change the patient's case type to one that is not allowed in the online scheduling settings (case types are not applicable for all EHR/EMR software)
avoid inviting certain patients to use online scheduling by assigning them a "not qualified" tag so they are excluded from automated drip campaigns. The patient would still be able to schedule online if they had access to the scheduling page, but they would not receive regular reminders to do so.
