Once online scheduling set-up is complete there are a few different ways a patient can use it to schedule, cancel, reschedule or view their appointments:
add the link to your website as a button for easy access
located in Account Settings OR
located in Extras (3 dots) > Scheduling > Settings > Site and Settings
invite patients individually using the Canned Reply "Scheduling invite (Master)" from the Inbox, Patient Search or anywhere you see a patient in TrackStat
automatically invite existing patients through a drip campaign based on recent visits
invites can be limited to patients with specific appointment purposes, case types, providers and other criteria as needed
invite existing patients one time with a blast campaign
display a QR code in your office (you can download your custom QR code by following the steps bellow)
add the link to the home screen on a cell phone so that it works like a mobile app
