Increasing online reviews with canned replies

Updated over a week ago

Do you want to double your online reviews?

The majority of patients who respond with a 5-star rating will NOT leave a public review on Google, Yelp or Facebook. It's an additional step and many will not, if you want to double your reviews, simply ask them again.

We have a canned reply that makes this easy, but you will have to search the review site prior to ensure they didn't leave a review before you ask them.

See the steps below:

1. You will be notified if a patient leaves you a review in your inbox

You can also see all the patients who have responded to your review asks in your review campaign. See image below

2. If they have NOT clicked one of the buttons to visit one of your review links, they will not have a number in the clicks column (see above)

You could also compare your list to review sites like Google, but that is extra work.

3. If they have not 'clicked' on one of the buttons, you can follow up with one of these canned messages.

If a patient has left an internal review and clicked the button, but still has not left a review, another possible reason is if they have an iphone and can't remember the password to their Google account. iphone requires someone to login to Google and sending another request by email, may be easier for them.

Add reviews to QR Code On Canva

Your patients are already telling you how great their results are.

The key is capturing that moment before they walk out the door.

Here’s a simple, proven way to turn in-office praise into real Google reviews—on the spot.

Step 1: Get your Google review link in TrackStat

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Click Review Links

  3. Select Google

  4. Copy your Google review link

This is the exact link you want patients using.

Step 2: Turn that link into a QR code using Canva

  1. Open Canva

  2. Create a simple one-page design (flyer or small sign)

  3. Add your practice logo

  4. Insert a short line like:
“Love your results? Leave us a Google review!”

  5. Use Canva’s QR Code feature and paste your Google review link

Now you have a clean, branded QR code that takes patients straight to your review page.

Step 3: Print, frame, and place throughout your office

Print the design and place it in:

  • Treatment rooms

  • Adjustment areas

  • Front desk or checkout

  • Any space where patients talk about results

Framing the sign makes it look professional and intentional.

Step 4: Ask at the moment of excitement

This is where the magic happens.

When a patient is raving about their results, simply say:

“That means a lot—would you mind sharing that on Google?”

Then:

  • Have them pull out their phone

  • Scan the QR code

  • Help them complete the review right there

No follow-ups.
No forgotten texts.
No missed opportunities.

SEO and AI Tips

Ideally you have them mention certain keywords like, sciatica, back pain, neck pain, best chiropractor, city name, or other things patients search for. As more people use AI for searches, this will matter more, but the best time to start is now.
