The Message Manager located in Marketing Campaigns (megaphone icon) allows you to view all of the messages, canned replies and folders saved in TrackStat that are used in the following places:
Appointment Reminder campaigns
Blast campaigns
Drip campaigns
Review campaigns
Inbox
The following items can be created, edited, previewed, and copied here:
Email Messages
Text Messages
Email Canned Replies
Text Canned Replies
Message Folders
Canned Reply Folders
The Message Manager is also a great place to visualize which messages are used in each campaign.
