When creating the new campaign:
select Audience Filter tab
select Last Visit Date - Checked In = Today or Yesterday (primary filter)
select Total Visits Per Case (secondary filter), select number (patients will need to have exactly the number of visits selected)
Select other secondary filters as appropriate
select Message/Schedule tab
enter a schedule name
select Add New Schedule button
select "+ New Message" button to create a message
Exit and Save changes
