Campaigns - How can the filters in TrackStat be used to create effective campaigns?

The filters in TrackStat are very sophisticated and allow you to create very specific and custom audiences for your messages. For example, patients can be identified based on the following criteria:

  • First Visit Date

  • Last Visit Date

  • Birthday

  • Anniversary

  • Missed Appointment

  • Active/Inactive

  • Age

  • Attorney

  • Care Package

  • Case Types

  • CPT / Service codes (include + or exclude - )

  • Diagnosis

  • Fee Schedule

  • Future Appointment

  • Insurance

  • Provider (Appointment and/or Primary)

  • Referral Source

  • Sex

  • Total Paid

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code

  • Tags (include + or exclude - )

  • Appointment Purpose

  • Totals Visits
