Tags - Can you tag a list of patients in a Blast Campaign audience?

Yes, a specific group of patients can be identified and bulk tagged using the blast campaign filters and easily tracked on other reports.

Click on megaphone icon

Select Marketing Campaigns

Select Blast Campaigns
Click yellow + Add Campaign button to create a new campaign
Type in a name for the campaign
Select primary date filter date range for:

  • Visit Date

  • Last Visit Date

  • First Visit Date

  • Next Visit Date

Select secondary filters to identify your target audience:

  • Tags

  • Active/Inactive

  • Age

  • Has Future Appointment

  • Appointment Purpose

  • Attorney

  • Birthday Month

  • Care Package

  • Case Types

  • Diagnosis

  • Fee Schedule

  • Insurance Company

  • Paid - Total

  • Provider - Appointment

  • Provider - Primary

  • Referral Source

  • Services/CPT code

  • Sex

  • Address (City, State or Zip)


Select Load button to run query and create list of patients
​Scroll down to see audience preview
​Uncheck box next to Address, Email and/or Cell Phone to show patients who are missing contact information as appropriate
Click on Tags
Select tag from list to apply to all patients in audience, then hit Done or
To add a new tag, type the tag name in the box "add tag" and hit green +, then hit Done
Click X to Exit and Save the campaign

Now these patients with this tag can be identified on all reports in TrackStat by using the tag filters!
