Online Scheduling - How do we encourage patients to text us or schedule online? We are a busy office and want to minimize time spent talking on the phone and answering phone calls.

Utilize TrackStat's missed call - text - voicemail feature sometimes referred to as the auto attendant! Reach out to us via chat for more information.

Make sure your office voicemail message says something like "please text us at 888-888-8888 for a quicker response". This minimizes having to check voicemails as well as allows team members to respond to questions remotely via TrackStat.

Add the online scheduling links to your website and update your voicemail with "please visit our website www.yoursitehere.com to schedule an appointment".

Locate your custom online scheduling links in Account Settings or in Extras > Scheduling > Settings > Site and Settings
