You can reach out to a patient by clicking on patient's name and then send them an email or text. If you are sending out the same message to multiple patients, you can create a canned reply or use one of the master canned replies that are already set up in TrackStat for you. See the section on Canned Replies.
You can also pick up the phone and call the patient. The patient's cell phone number is included on the report.
Once you have reached out to the patient, add a Patient Note. Start the note with the date (ie: mm/dd/yy), then type a brief message and end the note with your initials. You can use the Follow Up Date column to enter a date for follow up. The report can then be sorted by the Follow Up Date column for future follow ups.
If certain patients do not need to be followed up with, add that information in the Patient Note.
