Use Filters on the Recall List to avoid reaching out to patients who do not want to be contacted or do not qualify for your care.
Click on the Filter icon in the upper left corner
Select Tags
Click on tag categories such as Uncategorized or Default to expand the selection
Click the box next to the "not qualified" tag 2 times until the red minus "-" sign is displayed
Repeat process for other exclusion tags to create a useful and concise list
Click Filter to view filtered Recall List
Save Current Filter for future use
