Collecting claims faster with TrackStat Patient Management Report

Often insurance companies will reject claims with missing or incorrect information. Use TrackStat reports to quickly and easily find missing or incorrect information before the claims are sent. The fewer the errors, the quicker you get paid!

To identify missing billing information for new patients, filter the Patient Management Report by First Visit Date (at top of page). Click on column headers to sort in ascending or descending order to find missing or incorrect information. Do this for:

  • Insurance Company

  • Diagnosis

  • Injury Date

Update missing information in your EMR/EHR to prevent rejected claims!

Repeat the steps above for existing patients by filtering the Patient Management Report by Visit Date (at top of page). Identify missing information and update it in your EMR/EHR as appropriate.
