Reports - Weekly Patients - Patient has a "np start" tag but is not showing up on the Weekly Patient Report.

Possible Reason "Start" Patients don't show on Weekly Patient Report

  • Filter selection: Try resetting all filters and check again

  • Favorite filter: Check to see if there is a favorite current filter saved (has yellow star next to it) To remove it, click on the yellow star to change it back to white.

  • No visit or incomplete visit: the patient does not have a Last Visit Date or the patient's First Visit Date is today and they have not been checked out yet

  • Patient Hidden: Patient may have been "x'd" off the report. Click "Show/Hide" column header on far right side of report to view hidden line items. To unhide specific patients, locate the blue circular arrow next to their names in the Show/Hide column and click on it.

  • Patient is Inactive: Patient has been marked as inactive, discharged or deceased in your EMR/EHR

  • Last Visit Date over 1 year ago: Patient's last visit date is more than one year ago- NP Start Tags in Weekly Stat Report: Patients with "NP Start" tags are categorized based on their first visit week, not the week they accepted care. The tag is tied to the first visit date, and this association is locked once tagged.
