In short: The Weekly Visit Booster is a TrackStat dashboard widget that shows your team where to find more patient visits so you can hit your weekly visit goal. This guide covers setting your weekly visit goal, reading the projected visits graph and dropdown toggles, and working the Recall List and canceled or missed appointments.

Use the weekly visit booster, which shows your team where to find patient visits.
See your Projected visits and if you reached your goal - The number of future scheduled visits is available for "This Week", "Next Week", "Next 30 Days" and "This Month". Select options from the dropdown.
See the number of patients who left without an appointment. These will be the same patients on the Recall List.
See the % of patients who left with a future appointment - "Future schedule rate for last week"
See the improvement in previous weeks - "Weekly visit difference from last week"

Patients who left without a future visit sorted from highest priority to lowest priority on the Recall List

See your improvement or decline over the previous week or month
Recall list - shows all the patients who left without a future appointment
Canceled missed appointments over the last 14 days. You can filter this list to exclude patients with a future appointment
Remember, the filter for providers is in the gear icon on the top left of the dashboard.
Weekly difference from last week % = the number of appointments on the schedule this week compared to last week (green is good!)
Future schedule rate for last week % = % of patients with a visit last week who scheduled a future appointment
