Any notes made in the 'Appointment Note' column in the Appointment Report are attached to the patient's specific appointment. In ChiroTouch, this creates a pop-up on the ChiroTouch Front Desk app when the patient checks in. (See image below)

Common items added to Appointment Notes are:

  • amount that a patient owes or needs to pay on their next visit

  • request to update contact/demographic or insurance information

  • visit number

  • plan for appointment

  • quick reminders for staff
