check the "Start (Weekly)" box to assign patients a "np start" tag and add patients to the Weekly Patient report for tracking patients who are expected to come in for regular visits ("np start" tags can be assigned automatically in Extras (3 dots icon) > Automation > Np Start Tag)
check the "Follow Up" box to add patients to the Follow Up report (new patients who did not start on care, outside referrals, records requests, etc...)
check the "Monthly" box to tag monthly patients for easy tracking and statistics
check the "Not Qualified" box to tag patients that you wish to exclude from patient communications and marketing campaigns. Make sure that the blast, drip and/or review campaign filters are set up properly to exclude patients with the "not qualified" tag.
