Q: How can new patients schedule online?
A: New Patients can schedule online using the "New Patient Online Scheduling Link" that can be found in the account settings section in TrackStat.
Q: Can we add online scheduling for New Patients to our website?
A: Yes, online scheduling can be added to your website by having your website manager add the "New Patient Online Scheduling Link" that can be found in the account settings section in TrackStat.
The new patient online scheduling link can be added to a button as a redirect. We do not offer embedded forms.
Q: Can we select what doctors are available for new patients?
A: Yes, you can choose what visit purpose Doctors are available for in the " Provider availability section"
Select the Dr. you want to update, make sure they are available for online scheduling, and click " Edit "
Go to "Select visit purpose section" and make sure the New Patient visit purpose is selected and highlighted in gold.
Click on the gear icon to modify New Patient availability hours and time block allowances.
If New Patient hours differ from regular hours "Override provider availability hours " must be checked.
Click "Save"
Q: Do patients get notifications/reminders when they schedule online?
A: Yes, plus you can select which statuses you want patients to be notified for when the scheduled appointment is updated
Q: How will we know when a patient makes an appointment using online appointment scheduling?
A: You will receive an email notification to your TrackStat inbox when a patient schedules an appointment using online scheduling
Q: Can patients cancel appointments that they make online?
A: You have the option to allow patients to cancel appointments they have scheduled online. If you would like patients to call your office to cancel an appointment, the online cancellation option can be turned off/disabled.
Q: Why can't our patients schedule online? They see a message that says "Online scheduling is temporarily unavailable, please contact the clinic".
A: This is usually due to TrackStat losing it's connection to server based EMR software such as server based ChiroTouch. Please contact us to get reconnected.
