Q: What are review campaigns used for?
A: Review campaigns are used to help you get you more online reviews with Google, Facebook and/or Yelp. This can help you get more new patients!

A: Yes, tags can be used to identify and exclude or include a specific group of patients.
Q: What do we do after we turn on the review campaign?
A: Here are some tips to control which patients get asked for a review going forward:
assign reviewed us tag to patients who left a review to avoid them getting asked again in the future
assign not qualified tag to patients who should not be included in the campaign
Q: What aren't Facebook reviews showing up?
A: Be sure that you don’t have any privacy restrictions on your Facebook page, such as country or age restrictions. Our system can’t monitor the page if it can’t see it!
An easy way to test and see if privacy restrictions are the root of your issue is to open the Facebook page in question inside an incognito window of your browser (why? Because you won’t be logged into Facebook). If you are unable to view the page, privacy settings are the most likely culprit.

Q: We received a lot of new online reviews when we turned on the review campaign. We haven't seen as many new reviews recently. What is going on?
A: This is to be expected as the review campaign asked a much larger audience of patients initially and has now excluded those patients for X days based on the settings. If you have a lot of long term patients there are only so many patients to ask each day who have not been asked already. The X day exclusion setting can be lowered to start asking more patients right away.
Q: How do I change the image in the review campaign messages?
A: Open the review campaign. Locate the message you would like to edit.
Click on Edit message icon (pencil).
Click on the Attachment icon (paperclip)
Choose File
Click Upload
Click Ok
Note: Images cannot be removed from review campaign messages. If an attachment is deleted, the default image will be used in it's place.
Q: I added new appointment purposes in my EMR/EHR software. Why can’t I see them in TrackStat?
A: Appointment purposes will not be visible in TrackStat until they are used for the first time in your EMR/EHR software.
