Q: What is the Message Manager used for?

A: The Message Manager is located in Marketing Campaigns (megaphone icon) and allows you to view all of the text and email messages and folders saved in TrackStat that are used in the following places:

  • Appointment Reminder campaigns

  • Blast Campaigns

  • Review Campaigns

  • Drip Campaigns

  • Canned Replies

Messages, canned replies and folders can be created, edited, previewed, and copied in the Message Manager!

Q: What is the difference between a canned reply and a message?

A: Messages are emails or texts that can be used in campaigns. These messages cannot be manually sent to patients.

Canned Replies are emails or texts that can be manually sent out to patients. These cannot be included in a campaign.

Q: How do I add new message templates in TrackStat?

A: Open the Message Manager and click on the green + to create a new item.

Create new messages (texts or emails), canned replies and folders.
