Q: What is the Follow Up report used for?

A: The Follow Up report is great for tracking the following:

  • New patients who haven't committed to care

  • New patients who haven't scheduled future appointments

  • Patients to follow up with regarding

    • Preauthorizations

    • Records requests

    • Payment

Q: How do I add new patients or existing patients to the follow-up report?

A: Patients can be added from the Appointment Report, Patient Management Report and Patient search. Check the "follow up" ? box for that patient. Patients will be added to the Follow-up report.

Q: Can I add a lead that is not a patient in ChiroTouch to the Follow Up report?

A: Yes, click on the "+ Add New Leads" button at the top of the screen and enter their contact information.

Q: How do I move a patient from the Follow Up report to the Weekly Care report?

A: Check the Weekly Care checkbox and then click on the red X on the far right side of the screen to hide the patient.

Q: How do I remove or hide a patient on the Follow-Up report?

A: Click on the red X on the far right of the screen.
