What Is the All Patients Report?
The All Patients Report includes:
All Active Patients:
Active patients in your system.
Inactive patients are excluded based on EHR definitions:
ChiroTouch: Inactive or Deceased patients are excluded.
Genesis/Billing Dynamix (Vericle): Discharged or Deceased patients are excluded.
Filtering Options:
Timeframes:
Last 90 days, 1 year, 2 years, up to 5 years.
No Limits: Includes all patients (performance may vary for large databases).
Has No Visits: Includes patients who have never had an office visit.
Various filter options including: Tags, Case Types, Insurance Companies, Has Future Appointment, Referral Sources etc.
