How to Add Patients to the Weekly Patients Report
For Patients with Care Packages:
Patients with active Care Packages and future expiration dates are automatically added to the Weekly Patients Report.
For Patients Without Care Packages:
Go to any report and select the patient name, and give them the casetype tag 'np start
After Adding Patients
Adjust Start Date, Frequency, and Total Visits Ensure data accuracy for tracking.
Visualize Visit Status with Colors:
Green: Meeting recommended frequency.
Yellow: Below recommended frequency.
Red: No visits scheduled or completed.
Troubleshooting FAQs
Q: Why isn’t a patient showing up on the Weekly Patients Report?
Ensure filters are reset to default.
Confirm the patient has a valid First Visit Date.
Check if the patient has been hidden or marked inactive in your system.
Q: How do I remove a patient from the report?
For patients with completed Care Packages: They are automatically moved to the “Completed Care” section.
For other patients:
Check the “Monthly Care” box for patients transitioning to monthly care.
Click the “X” on the far-right column for patients no longer on a care plan.
Q: Why are colors missing from the weekly cadence columns?
Colors only display if the Frequency and Total Visits fields are populated.
Colors will not appear for weeks before the patient’s Start Date or if Remaining Visits are negative.

Use Account Settings to set default Frequency and Total Visits values for new patients.
