If a potential new patient enters their contact information (first name, last name, cell phone number, and email address) on your new patient online scheduling page but doesn't finish booking the appointment, TrackStat automatically captures that lead and sends an email to the lead with a link to continue booking and a notification straight to your clinic's TrackStat Inbox that says "New patient - FirstName LastName - has not finished booking the appointment."
This person appears as a "non-patient" in the Inbox since they aren't yet in your EHR. You'll see their basic details right in the Inbox, and you can click the "Edit contact info" icon to view all provided information such as first name, last name, cell phone number and email address.
