If a single patient encounters a "scheduling conflict" error, it is often due to their case type not being allowed for the selected visit purpose in online scheduling.

Open the visit purpose used for existing-patient online booking in your TrackStat settings.
In the Case Types list for that visit purpose, add the patient’s case type to permit it for online booking.
To select multiple case types, use the appropriate method to include them all, then save your changes.
Ask the patient to try booking again.

If the online scheduler link in the Missed Call message is not working, it may be due to an incorrect or outdated URL in the message template.
Solution:
Open the Missed Call message templates in your TrackStat settings.
