Scheduling Calendar - ClinicMind - Events Blocks badge

For ClinicMind (Genesis, Billing Dynamics, Vericle) accounts, settings for time blocks on the schedule (also called event blocks) are visible in the TrackStat Scheduling Calendar.

To improve clarity and assist with troubleshooting for online scheduling, a visual badge is visible on each event block to quickly see how many appointments are allowed during the time block.

How It Works:

  • If no appointments are allowed during the time block, a badge with “0” will appear on the event.

    • Hovering over it will show: “0 appts allowed.”

  • If one appointment is allowed during the time block, a badge with “1” will be displayed.

    • Hovering will show: “1 appt allowed.”


Please Note:

If a “Max # of Bookings” limit is set for a provider, that limit overrides the number of appointment slots defined in the event block.

For example, if a provider’s scheduler is set to allow only 1 booking at a time, but an event block synced from the EHR contains 2 available slots, the badge will still display “2”—based on the EHR event. However, the system will only allow 1 appointment to be booked during that time.


So while the badge reflects the event’s original settings from the EHR, the provider’s booking limit still controls how many appointments can actually be booked.
